I want to become a Christian
Being a christian means living for Christ.

EOY Reusults

Praise the Lord Hallelujah! : D

Cause he blessed me abudantly with great scores this End of Year Exams (:

Well... this is the percentage of all the subjects!!

(Note: Most of the subjects were last minute study)

English- 75.5% A1 (Not bad... I used to be at the passing borderline)

Literature- 60% B4 (It's suppose to be hard, but I would need improvements)

Mathematics- 81.5% A1 (Slighty below my expectations)

Chinese- 66.3% B3 (Amazing! I passed Chinese)

History- 75% A1 (Above original expectations)

Science- 86.7% A1 (As usual, but could be better)

Design & Technology- 84.3% A1 (Not enough time to check... could have been improved)

Art- 76% A1 (First time, so this is very good)

These scores is to witness the people out there of the great power of my Lord Jesus Christ (:

However, this is not the final score for most subjects as we need to add practicals and midyear marks togther.

I will post the final marks of my Sec 1 year in another post. Byeeees!

Maths Trail

The Maths Trail Pandemonium D:

Hahaha! Maths Trail very fun today
My group: Mannan, Me, Jiahao and Chinyue
(I am leader)
We go Budget Terminal in Changi Airport for trail....

Station A (Open Car park)
We copy the charges for different vehicles and do alot of maths ques...
damn hard!!!
They gave a scenario about Mrs Ng and how long she parked her car and blah blah...
When we finish halfway, we saw all the groups left liao!!!!
so we chiong...
(We got 2 MISTAKES for this station, one of which was a careless mistake when i wrote the answer)

Station C (Han's Cafe)
You must be wondering where station B is.
Well it is sooo crowded that we do C first.
We took Menu and try to find most expensive local dishes and coffee and apple pie and soup of the day
(Soup of the day was not listed, so i had to ask a chef)
lala... damn ques...! there is one ques which asked which best value set meal is more Expensive then a meal a thai tourist bought.
ans: none
next quesiton: 0% (related)
(both were corect)

Chinyue and mannan went to toilet to find mirror for another station's question.
we were so shocked to see people finish station B and now coming here!!! ):
Jia Hao did part 2 of station C and i ran to do station B (to be continued...)

Station B (Outdoor area)
Chiog arh!!! read instruction very fast.... i pulled out measuring tape until all untangle
measure all the trolleys... then must estimate no. of trolleys to fit in one place.
Then read insturctions that we must use the tiles on the floor to help...
But I went to take measuring tape and act like Mr Bean... randomly measure.... ):
In the end, i secretly copy from Ngee kiat!! hahah!
i never bother to read the 'mosiac tiles' question... I just choing and copy...
(Stations master signed... ALL CORRECT)

Station C (Han's Cafe)
Continued...
Jiahao almost complete the 2nd half...
we did the arrangement of restaurant tables together...
how to arrange so that 27 ppl can sit??? hard sia!! so we make an arrangement like a frame shape.
In the end we tried and give a malay lady station master...
she mark part 1 and say that another person will mark part 2
so we found a chinese lady station maste who said she suppose to mark part 1 only, but in the end she mark for us.
We saw her answer sheet that in the 27 ppl qustion, the tables were in 'L' shape.
then she saw our mistake and told us to redo.
so we just redo and give the MALAY lady station master to mark. and she mark correct.
(Han's Cafe section (both) =ALL CORRECT except one)

*General meeting*
sian.. Mannan and Chinyue came back...
they completed station E and F liao...!!
I copied their answers (cuse they can only mark leader's booklet)
But i scared they never check properly... so chinyue and i went to double E and F check again
Jiahao and Mannan went to do Station D.

Station F (Arrival Hall)
Sian... we ran all the way to the money changer...
Chinyue wanted me to shout 'BOMB' so i can get arrested... lame... ><
Chinyue also said that the station master there pronounced 'thailand' as 'tie-aye-land'.
LOL... kk we ask the money changer lady for help athough we were not allowed to. (:
Then we mark.
Then we went to recyling bins... and measured their radius and height and calculated their volume.
Then we also go to vending machine to calculate a few other stuff.
Then we call another marker to mark
(For station F, we got ALL CORRECT)

Station E (Budget Terminal Shuttle Service)
When walking back, i overshot and chinyue keep calling me..
it took me a while to realise i went too far... paiseh :*
then i wanted to check, but chinyue dont want and he took my paper to give station master.
(For Station E, the answers are ALL CORRECT)

Station D (Departure Hall)
When we went back, JiaHao and Mannan did very little: a floor, a mirror and a congruent quesiton.
I check and saw the mirror question got some probs... so i copied and fixed it...
I did the Tessllation drawing question by myself, cause the rest dont know how to.
Finally... The question about the tallest pillar......
This requires a clinometer we borrowed from the station master (who procrastinated)
then we quickly measure mannan's height to the tip of his head
(although i thought it was the height up to his eye only, in which the sation master said that it doesnt matter)
Then we make mannan look though the hole of the clinometer...
he was like going to cry cause his eye pain...
then after more calculations in which chinyue sartly decided to use tiles on the floor to measure the distance mannan was from the pillar, instead of using footsteps... (:
We waited for the station mastr to finish talking to the next batch of students to get our work marked.
but procrastinated too long, that we decided to find another one... ):

*Ending*
Yes!!!!!!!! all complete at 11.30pm (we must fall in at 11.40pm)
we went to rest. I went to check my booklet...
Section A = 9 marks
Section B = 6 marks
Section C = 10 marks plus 9 marks
Section D = 10 marks
Section E and F= (not metioned?!)
Total mistakes = 3
lol... I went ot help Shiwei's lost group who only completed half of the book at 11.37
I copied everythin down on Shiwei's booklet..... choing choing... write answers down
A few minutes later, Shiwei said..'errm actually, it is better if you wrote on Ruiling's book, he is the leader anyway...'
What the?!?!?! hiya... i let them decided how t copy down on their own when it was 11.59.59.99am

In the end, Benjamin's group won (the one with Joe and Marcus Lee in it)
They also completed at 11.30am, but they had 4 mistakes!! NOT FAIR!!! >:(
lol... prize is only a Popular $5 gift voucher....

Then 101 was unfortunate enough to be the last class to go home...
and our class had a matchmaking station master..... : D
